We Need to Become Unified!!!

We have to become a voting power!!!

Our government can't work together to fix the financial cliff, but they can sure work together to help pass new immigration reform legislation that benefits illegal immigrants. The politicians say that it is not amnesty, but it is amnesty. The government is going to reward these people for illegally coming into our country and stealing our construction jobs. I wonder how these politicians would treat the immigration problem, if the politicians' jobs, careers and livelihoods were being threatened.

You see, if you let these illegal immigrants become American citizens, they become a voting power. As new American citizens, they will give their votes to whoever promises them more. That's probably what these politicians are hoping for. Did you know that a high majority of American construction workers don't even vote? Did you know that a really high majority of immigrants that become American citizens always vote? The main priority or mission of every politician is to get re-elected and to have a strong loyalty to their political party. I think that the majority don't really care about the American people. They think of us as a sort of nuisance.

Down here in South Florida, in the past 5 to 6 years, I've seen almost all of my carpenter friends, mason friends, concrete finisher friends, stucco mason friends, (etc., etc., etc.), give up on trying to find jobs in their chosen field. Many have lost their homes and have found employment in mediocre jobs, while their illegal counterparts have been steadily employed by illegal subcontractors.

Let's say you have a couple of guys gathered by the water cooler, bitching, and pissing and moaning about this problem. It will not get anything done, but if you could gather millions and put them under one named group and get them to vote, you could get something done. You then become a voting power that politicians have to listen to, like the Christian Coalition, NAACP, NRA, etc.

We need African Americans, Asian Americans, white Americans, even Hispanic Americans that care about the health of our economy and the welfare of all our American citizens to gather together at this website. We need to become one voice to get our government to take a close look at what is going on in the Florida Construction Industry.

As I have said in the past, I have nothing but respect for these immigrants. As far as their work ethics, they are some of the hardest working people in America, but don't reward the ones that have illegally taken jobs away from American citizens.

Please help to send a message to the politicians that hold our futures in their hands and tell them to come down to South Florida (our state is not even a border state), and take a closer look at what is going on in our construction industry.

A los trabajadores hispanos de estas compañías

(To the hispanic workers of these companies)
